The Principles Helpdesk
ICMA members and members/observers of the Principles only.
The Principles Helpdesk offers members free and informal guidance on questions related to green, social, sustainability and sustainability-linked bonds specifically relating to the interpretation and application of the Principles (including the Green Bond Principles (GBP), the Social Bond Principles (SBP), the Sustainability Bond Guidelines (SBG) and the Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles (SLBP)) and the Climate Transition Finance Handbook (CTFH), as well as information on the associated Governance and Membership.
The Helpdesk can also assist with queries on the other documentation and services that are publicly available on our website, including the Guidelines for External Reviewers, the Impact Reporting Handbook and the Guidance Handbook.

The International Capital Market Association (ICMA) serves as Secretariat, assuming administrative duties, and providing guidance for the governance of the Principles. As the Principles are designed to be industry wide, bond issuers and investors as well as banks are invited to participate.
