What is in-house training
In-house training is a cost-efficient way of training groups* of staff, by having an accredited training provider like ICMA develop and deliver programmes that are tailored to your organisation’s requirements at a time which fits in with your schedule
* While there are no hard limits to group sizes, we normally recommend between 10-20 people per group to ensure training remains interactive and participants get the opportunity to engage with the trainer and other attendees. Courses are priced on a per-day rather than a per-delegate rate, which also promotes cost-effectiveness
What we offer
ICMA Education & Training can deliver any of its qualifications and specialist programmes on an in-house basis. Our team will work with you to analyse your training requirements, designing your programme to accommodate your specific objectives. This includes type of course syllabus, format (e.g. livestreamed or in-person), venue (if applicable), duration, assessment, certification and more.
Once we’ve agreed on the nature of the training and assigned an expert trainer to deliver your course, we will work with your team to arrange course logistics, provide access to ICMA digital infrastructure and monitor delivery (if required). Once the course is complete we will continue supporting your team through any assessment and certification period, and our trainers remain accessible via our learning platform to answer any post-course questions that might be raised.
Certification and Programme Recognition
ICMA is an FCA-approved qualifications provider and approved by the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong as provider of Continuous Professional Training (CPT). We are also a member of the CPD® Certification Service, a leading Continuing Professional Development accreditation body with members in over 100 countries

Classroom

Livestreamed
Learning in a digital environment has several advantages and is growing in popularity as a medium of instruction. ICMA courses are delivered via video conferencing accessed on our digital learning platform, using the most effective educational approaches and incorporating interactive functions like virtual breakout rooms.
Self-Study Online
ICMA Education & Training provides content, including videos and presentations, on our learning platform, which also features online assessments, digital certification, and fully downloadable course materials. Choose to study at your own pace in an environment that suits you best. Our self-study courses cater to a variety of learning styles, and we regularly add new courses to our portfolio.
