“Kickstart 2025: Aligning your strengths and values so you can thrive at work” is an interactive session that helped attendees identify their core strengths and values and provide them with practical strategies to make authentic career decisions. From managing tricky workplace dynamics to evaluating new opportunities, this workshop helped attendees build a more fulfilling and sustainable career in 2025 and beyond.                                                                               

Renee Conklin is an Executive Coach & Trainer who previously held senior HR roles  at Barclays and UBS in New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong where she partnered closely with senior leadership in IBD on performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, giving her deep insights into organizational dynamics and talent needs. She specializes in enhancing the human side of business to drive sustainable growth with a people-centered approach. Since becoming a coach in 2018, she has worked with leaders across the APAC region using a strengths-based approach that allows them to level up in their career, maximize their potential or thrive in a job they love. Renee has an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), is ICF accredited (PCC) and is Hogan Assessment certified.
