Complimentary passes are provided to government authorities, regulators, buyside and press.

Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment, where applicable. A payment link will be issued to you after submission of this form. Payment by credit card is preferred. To request an invoice in place of credit card payment, please contact agm@icmagroup.org. Please note that your registration will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

ICMA reserves the right to change or cancel any part of its published programme due to unforeseen circumstances. I agree that ICMA shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by me, my employer, or anyone else on my behalf, due to changes or cancellation.

Liability and insurance
Since ICMA cannot accept liability for accidents, damages or losses incurred or caused by attendees of the AGM and Conference (and related social events), you are advised to make your own insurance arrangements as considered appropriate.

Payment and cancellation conditions
Written cancellation may entitle delegates and accompanying persons to a full or partial refund in accordance with the deadlines shown below:

Should ICMA cancel the event, delegates will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fees.

Substitutions
I understand that substitutions can be made subject to the condition that ICMA (attention Membership department) is notified accordingly in writing and provided with the details of the substitution not later than 48 hours before the event commences.

Photography
Delegates should be aware that a professional photographer will be on site throughout the conference, exhibition and evening receptions. Photographs taken at this event may be used in future promotional materials and will be shared with registered delegates after the event as well as published on the ICMA website.
