Overview

Against a backdrop of geopolitical and economic uncertainty, Ireland’s capital markets are meeting new challenges and opportunities. This event brought together economists, policymakers, and investors to explore the macroeconomic outlook, debt capital markets, regulatory divergence, sustainable finance, and the accelerating role of fintech.

With insights from leading experts, including Goodbody Chief Economist Dermot O’Leary and senior representatives from BPFI, leading Irish legal professionals, ING Bank, Morgan Stanley, and the Central Bank of Ireland, this event provided essential perspectives on Ireland’s financial future. Discussions covered the resilience of Irish capital markets, the implications of regulatory shifts, and how sustainable finance and digitalisation are reshaping the industry.
