10 January 2025 Today, ICMA responded to the FCA Discussion Paper “The Future of the SI regime” under Chapter 9 of the FCA’s Policy Statement for Improving transparency for bond and derivatives markets PS 24/14. The response was provided by ICMA’s MiFID Working Group.
