- ciò che resta da fare per raggiungere un maggiore equilibrio di genere nella finanza;

Join us for an insightful event that delves into the distinct leadership styles of men and women in finance, and explores how integrating these diverse approaches can create significant value. Drawing from the rich experiences of our senior industry speakers, we will:
- examine the current gender disparity in senior leadership roles within finance
- analyse the pathways to achieving top leadership positions
- discuss the progress made over the years and how industry mindsets have evolved
- identify what remains to be done to achieve greater gender balance in finance and
- share lessons learned and prospects for the future.

Admission: This in-person event is open to ICMA members or by invitation and is free to attend. Registration will open in September.
